The Saginaw Children's Health Access Program (S-CHAP) helps you keep your kids healthy by making it easier for your child to feel better. How? By helping you to find the right doctor and connecting you with the information, medical treatment options and community services you and your child need.

S-CHAP works with your doctor to help you stay connected so you don't have to use the emergency room so often. CHAP helps to coordinate resources for you and your family to get to your doctor appointments and S-CHAP can help you to get information about your child's medications, health concerns and nutrition. Most importantly, S-CHAP wants to make sure that your child is healthy.

S-CHAP is working with the community on a special project to connect families for support and programs that provide education, prevention and support to address childhood obesity. Contact S-CHAP for a referral to a community partner that is offering programs and supports for childhood obesity.
